Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse Clinical Educator - Global Educator and Liaison to Emergency Services. The role is located in Syracuse, NY. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs and training to nursing staff and emergency services personnel. The role involves designing curriculum, conducting training sessions, providing mentorship, and acting as a liaison between the education department and emergency services. The Clinical Educator will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing Education, Curriculum Development, and Training skills
• Mentorship and Leadership skills
• Emergency Services knowledge and experience
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Certification in Nursing Education (CNE) or similar is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, emergency department experience is a plus
